The Board of Directors is pleased to invite the shareholders of Lotus Bakeries nv to participate in the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting that will be held on Tuesday 12 May 2026 at Kinepolis Gent located at Ter Platen 12, 9000 Gent, Belgium, with parking facilities available in the vicinity of the Kinepolis building, for which an exit ticket will be made available. The doors will open at 8.45 AM and please note that only registered shareholders will be admitted to the meeting.
