The Shareholders‘ Meeting of Íslandsbanki hf. will be held as a hybrid meeting on Monday, 19 January 2026, 4:00 p.m. local time, at the Hilton Reykjavík Nordica hotel, Suðurlandsbraut 2, 108 Reykjavík,  as well as electronically. Shareholders will have the opportunity to participate in the Shareholders' Meeting in person or remotely, and vote in real-time, using computer, tablet or smartphone. Voting at the meeting will be conducted entirely electronically regardless of whether shareholders attend the meeting venue or participate electronically.
