Please note that if you indicate via the option "nominate a proxy" in the options menu that you wish to be represented via proxy by the "Secretary-General” during the (E)GM, you thereby authorise the chairman of the supervisory board of FNG NV, i.e. Mr Paul Lembrechts, to act as your proxy holder during the (E)GM.
